[ABOUT]
Medicar is a healthcare solutions company. Founded in 1993, its main objective is to provide mobile ICU services for urgent and emergency care at an affordable price. In addition to mobile ICUs, Medicar users can also access video consultations and specialist appointments at their clinics, all at affordable prices. It is the largest player in this segment in the country, serving as a reference in healthcare and assistance for thousands of people across more than 20 states.
After an internal restructuring, a change in positioning, and updates to its services, the company felt the need to update its institutional website to effectively and directly showcase its main products.
[SOLUTION]
The primary goal was to redesign the layout to attract and convert new customers by simplifying the user journey. We focused on making it easier for users to locate the quote section and subscribe to the service without unnecessary steps.
The previous website had a wealth of content but lacked user-friendliness and failed to effectively promote Medicar's core services. Our challenge was to create a solution that prominently featured the main services for both companies and individuals directly on the homepage, streamlining the conversion process.
We developed a new sitemap, reorganized pages, and reduced the amount of content to make it more concise and easier to understand. The information was simplified to assist users in their research and decision-making, avoiding lengthy texts that could discourage navigation.
The final solution was fully responsive, adapting seamlessly to different devices while consolidating key features. Users can now quickly find the solution that fits their needs and access important areas, like the Customer Area, efficiently through centralized navigation.
