[ABOUT]
Love, care, respect and education. These are the pillars that define the essence of Pequeno Aprendiz. Located in Vila Formosa, in São Paulo, the institution is dedicated to early childhood education and nursery, attending children from 0 to 6 years old. With an 8-year history, Pequeno Aprendiz has won over a loyal audience of parents, standing out for its playful and welcoming methodology that encourages the development of little ones.
Seeking to further strengthen their presence in the market and envisioning future expansions, the owners felt that it was the ideal time to improve the brand, faithfully reflecting the values and quality that define them.
[SOLUTION]
The biggest visual challenge of this project was including a very special request from the founder: to have a symbol that would carry her children. An illustration was then developed, in partnership with an illustrator, based on a photograph of the owner's three children. Having a somewhat vintage style, the illustration serves as an icon of the brand and can be used alongside the logo and also separately as a graphic element. Together, they represent all the affection present in the institution and separately they represent each age of the children who attend the school.
The color palette was created entirely around the wine color — which was already present in the old identity and was maintained to maintain assimilation in the new brand. We brought blue and yellow, colors with strong spiritual meaning, an important point also raised by the owners. We then combine vibrant and eye-catching colors, which represent childhood and bring joy, with a more sober color, which reinforces the company's seriousness commitment.
